Laure Colmard

Laure was born into a family of dancers. She learned a broad range of dance styles throughout her childhood. Laure reached a gold medal in Ballet at the french National Conservatory and has later graduated from the French National Dance Teacher Formation Center where she received a strong training in pedagogy. Right after she graduated a Bachelor Degree in Performing Arts theory from the Paris University VIII.

For the next 10 years, she's been a world class Ballroom Dancing competitor: 8 times French Champion, and World Cup finalist. At the same time, she was teaching ballet in two conservatories around Paris. Passionate about teaching, Laure taught ballet to children since then in London and Perth. 

She took on the directorship of Ballet West Academy in 2018.


Georgia Kate Smith

Georgia is a Sydney born independent professional dancer currently based in Perth. She trained in the Royal Academy of Dance completing her Advanced syllabus with a distinction. At 16 she moved to Perth to pursue a career in dance at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts training in ballet and contemporary dance, where she graduated in Bachelor of arts dance (Honours), having presented a thesis around pedagogy and the Feldenkrais method.

After graduating in 2017 she joined the link dance company and toured Australia and internationally including city's in the Netherlands, France and Germany. In 2018 she was among a number of students to establish a new Performance collective known as Syndicate.


Charlotte Baharom

Charlotte began her classical ballet training when she was three years old. She attended the West Australian Conservatory of Classical Ballet for 11 years, where she studied the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus in addition to Cecchetti, participating at numerous competitions and festivals.

Being passionate about Ballet, Charlotte loves transmitting it to children. She has been trained at Ballet West Academy in Pedagogy to be able to put her focus and attention onto our student’s development.

Charlotte is studying a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce as a double degree at Curtin University, majoring in Environmental Biology and Entrepreneurship.


Christine Jaroszewzki

Christine was born in New York. She started her professional career at the age of 16 with the Basel Ballet in Switzerland and she ended it recently in 2017 after 6 years as soloist with Ballet am Rhein Dusseldorf-Duisburg, Germany. 

in 2014, Christine became a Certified Teacher of the American Ballet Theatre's (ABT) National Training Curriculum in Pre-Primary through Level 3.

In addition to her ballet training and career, Christine has been trained and later she taught yoga in London, UK and Bangalore, India.

Given her passion for wellbeing and the body in movement, she is also a certified Gyrokinesis ® teacher.
